Shipping

You will receive your order via tracked DHL courier standard shipping. Your order will be processed by our warehouse within 2 working days. Delivery via courier will take 5-7 working days depending on your location. Please take care to enter all your address information and your telephone number to prevent your order arriving late. Choose an address where there is always someone present to accept delivery. Once you have placed your order, you will no longer be able to change your delivery address.

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. After the 3rd failed attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Don’t worry, you will be informed about the attempted deliveries because DHL will leave a note and you can contact the courier.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order and track the shipment at any time. You will find the tracking number in your account and in the shipping confirmation email.


MY ORDER IS LATE, WHAT CAN I DO?

If your order has not been delivered on time, please check the delivery status in the account area where you can find your DHL tracking number.
