HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE ON SHOP.LOCAL-APPAREL.COM?

Shopping on our website is quick and easy:

  1. Browse our catalogue and click on the product you are interested in
  2. Select your size and/or color on the product information page
  3. Choose product quantity
  4. Click on "Add to cart"
  5. A preview of your basket will appear on the right-hand side and you will be able to proceed to checkout or view your basket
  6. If you proceed with the payment, choose between the quick payment via Paypal or fill in the form with the required data and complete the order.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASE?

Creating an account is optional. You can buy without registering or create an account to make future purchases faster.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?

Changes are only possible before the warehouse has processed your order. If you have changed your mind, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team immediately, which will check the status of your request.

In any case, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE?

If an ordered product is no longer available, we will contact you and provide a full refund within 14 days of notification.
